Mommy or Mummy? which is the correct to call ?

a mummy, a mum. Not a ‘Mommy‘,  because, you see, I’m not an American (I am Malaysian) so when I say ‘mommy’ it sounds really stupid in my English accent. In fact if I do say ‘Mommy’, I automatically put on an American accent, and that sounds even more ludicrous..The truth is I'm not married yet . hehe
